The Chrysler Pacifica is a series of vehicles that have been produced by Chrysler since 1999. There has been a minivan and a mid-size crossover version. Today’s version is the minivan variant.

The crossover SUV was sold between 2004 and 2008. The minivan debuted in 2017 as the successor to the Town & Country and is still in production today. There has only been one generation of the new minivan since its release.

It features a 5-door layout and is capable of seating up to eight passengers. However, the Pacifica Hybrid is only a 7-seater.

Rival minivans include the Honda Odyssey, Kia Carnival, and Toyota Sienna.

Trim levels consist of the base Touring, followed by the Touring L, Limited, and Pinnacle. In terms of the Pacifica Hybrid version, the trims are the same with the exception of it not having the base Touring trim option.

Depending on the trim level, drivetrains are either front-wheel or all-wheel drive which was introduced to the model in 2020.

The only engine available for the Pacifica is a petrol 3.6-liter Pentastar V6. The hybrid version is powered by the same engine along with plug-in technology that utilizes two electric motors. Chrysler does not offer a diesel version currently.

The Hybrid is capable of running in petrol-only and electric-only modes. However, the estimated range for the fully-electric mode is only 33 miles.

Transmissions for the regular and Hybrid are a 9-speed automatic and an e-CVT automatic respectively.

The Pacifica managed to win a number of awards since its release, the most notable of these include the Best Minivan of 206 by Cars.com and five Consumer Guide Best Buy awards.
